Bike & Gear
- Your bike: Well maintained and suited to the ride that you have entered. Please ensure all batteries are charged.
- Helmet: A well fitting, a helmet is mandatory for all of our events.
- Clothing: Weather appropriate for the day.
Repair & Essentials
- Inner tubes: Bring at least two spares.
- Tyre levers: Two is possible.
- Mini pump: Compatible with your valve type.
- Multi-tool: Ideally with a chain breaker.
Nutrition & Hydration
- Water bottles: Filled with electrolyte drinks.
- Snacks: Gels, bars or flapjacks.
- Electrolyte tabs: Especially for long or hot rides.
Navigation & Safety
- GPS head unit: Route file loaded and checked.
- Phone: Fully charged with emergency contact saved.
- Lights: Rear lights are mandatory at our events.
- Cash/card: For use in emergencies.
